Damme

No the bell tower isn't wonky, I just wanted to get the chimney with the storks nesting on top in the photo as well. Such a shame these lovely birds don't come across the channel to visit England.

Damme, a couple of miles along the canal from Bruges is a lovely village, with many resturants.

A couple of extras of the the paddle steamer that's goes to and from Bruges and of Bruges last night. Been here about nine times now and will never tire of it :-)

Left at 12 noon, snack in Veurne trip to hypermarket, moules mariniere on calais beach and home by nine via eurotunnel. Vive la Europe :-)
