Harebell and sky

Enjoying our walks up Shropshire's hills at the moment. We decided this time to tackle something a little smaller but no less strenuous. Pontesbury Hill was the decided destination and somewhere I knew very well from my scouting days.

The walk and view was beautiful. The very nice thing about this hill is the fact that 95% of the climb is in woodland so you don't see the view until the last few metres.

The mass of harebells on the NE side of the hill won the day as far as Blips were concerned always a pleasant surprise to come across stuff newly flowering halfway through September.

I do love the ability to move the screen on the G12, gives a whole new string to the macro bow!
