My new rug

The patio tiles usually get so hot under the sun that I am making a rug with t-shirt yarn to prevent our feet from getting burned when walking on them.
I think I will have to make a sort of 'red carpet' from the shade corner of the patio to the pool.

I do not think I may have any problems about the size of the rug, as I have lots of old t-shirts to make the yarn and my family and friends are also willing to help me with my supplies of old t-shirts.

I knitted a small carpet a few years ago but we used it so much that it ended up in the cellar and it is only used  by our neighbours' cats when they visit us!
