This is a Biennial that will need some time to settle down and evolve, I think. There are very few "big" pieces that have serious wow factor, unlike 2 years ago, but there's a subtlety to much of the work on offer that needs to be lived with for a while before it can be fully appreciated. After the preview party last night (hence the late and laconic entry for yesterday) we had breakfast in Leaf and did another tour around. I'll post more shots over the next few weeks. Bumped into Provenance Man selling his soul as an added bonus. And a very cool, but inhospitable, dinner party is in the planning. But that will have to wait.
