All change

Spent the day at another of our campuses for a Staff Development Day. Lots of talk about change and how to manage it - potentially useful for life as well as work. There were a lot of people who seemed very anxious about the forthcoming changes and restructures at work, which isn't surprising - I just hope it can all be managed in a way that is positive and brings about change for the good.

As for life changes... well, that's another whole story!
