All of our eyes on the distant horizon.

Luckily the sea crossing was fine and I was able to stand on the observation deck at the pointy end, and keep my eyes on the horizon, which always helps.
We came into Tarbert on Harris and I wanted to take a look at the Distillery and tweed shop but we had driven past them. But by a quirk of fate the sat nav sent us round in a circle and we found ourselves back there . When we walked in we bumped straight into people we knew! How weird is that!  Well not that weird as her mother lives here, but we had no idea she would be there.
We had lunch with them and gleaned some local information. We went up the east side of Lewis, and are staying near Stornoway, which to be honest is a fairly ordinary little town, but some of the beaches are stunning. The photo shows one of them.
