Peeling

Mainly a sorting, tidying, cleaning sort of a day so my cousin from Australia has somewhere to sleep tonight.

Then meeting their train, dinner, chat and an earlyish night for the folk whose day started before 5am. And I've been bullied into letting the kids have the day off tomorrow (in my defence, it's a half day and most of the teachers are away (or, controversially, suspended for hitting a pupil!)

Very hot. Worse forecast tomorrow. Even this tree is trying to shed layers.
