Getting ready for winter

People and plants are getting ready for winter. Those beautiful red leaves made me happy every time I came up for air while swimming a dozen laps in the pool today.

A well deserved soak in the hot tub made my back and shoulders a little less stiff and sore, the bad effect of 4 hours sewing costumes for the next play at Freyvangur.

I must go swimming more often. I always feel so warm and healthy afterwards :)
