Resistance is Futile

This is what I am taking for the company picnic dessert contest. The filling is a blend of lemon curd and whipped cream. These took a bit of effort, but I am pleased with the results. The only downside - how do I top this next year?

I have mostly been posting from my phone lately. When I get back onliine I will be by to catch up. The weather has been to good to stay indoors.
