windmill wednesday

Had an appointment in Rayleigh today so as we walked near to the Rayleigh Windmill it was rude not to take a picture as it was looking lovely in the sunshine! Just wish we had the time to go in for a little look around as it was open today and they have lovely exhibitions inside all about the history.

Very quiet day otherwise and I'm researching insomnia cures again as i'm struggling again to get any decent sleep! My body seems to build up resistance to various remedies i try!
