Decisions, decisions about my top secret project today.  Can you guess?

Struggled with a headache most of the day, which ruined my plans for going for a bike ride.  Stressful couple of weeks getting on top of me I think.  I need a holiday.

Great news on the Swansea walk, we’ve now got over 330 walkers, a 40% increase on last year.  And to think just 2 years ago, we started with 50 or 60 people.  Chuffed!

Terrible news to wake up to again this morning.  Horrific to see that London tower block go up in flames.
