THE GREAT UNWASHED

A little bit of sunshine and the great unwashed come out to drink lager, strip to the waste and generally lounge about in public spaces, perhaps it's just me but I find it all a little bit offensive, you could add to that the proliferation of cafe's that pile their tables and chairs out on the footpath, shouldn't they be paying extra rates for this privilege.
