Herbal dish

Chicken cooked in fine ginseng roots.
Taste: delicious broth withc slight bitter and yet sweet after taste.
Apparently, it meant to "move your blood around the body"; this could an anti-coagulant and energy cocktail. 

Apparently, more than half the world's ginseng are sold in Korea with the Chinese coming second (ref: ginseng market). I have been to Seoul, yes, the koreans are big users of ginseng.
