I'm lucky to be so fit and generally healthy, but I've got a sharp back pain at the moment so had to take​ a sample to the Health Centre to check that it's nothing to do with my kidneys. Hence I walked past this attractive mosaic again, having passed it twice yesterday going to and from seeing the doctor.

Fortunately my back doesn't hurt when I run - and it was a bit stiff even before the marathon - but I'll ease off in case I stress it accidentally.

Work is calm, keeping three projects students happy and, today making sure that a student who has had a rough time with her health gets as much compensation as can be given. She was very pleased!
