Still sticking close!

The male swan has now left the child minding to the missus while he annoys the geese at the other end of the loch.

This little family group will remain together for the next 6 or 7 months or until they are chased away by the adult swans.
Although the loch is a reasonable size there is only ever one pair of breeding swans in residence.
