Desert storms

We had a long, long drive back towards the tourist trail from our remote desert camp. Having waved goodbye to the Grandfather, Son and Grandson who ran the camp, we drove into thunderstorms and dust storms. Then we found that the vans couldn't make it over the steep dunes to our next destination and so we, yet again, had to take the long way round.
