Davidson Head View East

We decided to take a ride today and look for some wildlife...we headed just a mile or so north of Roche Harbor to Davidson Head. It's such a beautiful view, and the flats were especially gorgeous today with the blue sky. I saw Killdeer and lots of seagulls.

Then we headed towards Friday Harbor and the East side of San Juan Island...out Pear Point Road. We saw several Blue Heron and a flock of Common Mergansers.
