Went out running at 7am again as it's the only way it's even remotely possible these days.

Worked, had to do a food shop at lunchtime (air conditioned so not too bad), more work and then called it a day and jumped in the pool - only to be faced with this critter.
So of course had to dash out and get my camera! ;)
