Water Lily

What a warm day .... overcast this morning but a very sunny afternoon.  I managed to sit outside and read for a while but then it got just too hot for me.

I went for a walk in Pollok Park this morning while we still had cloud cover .... pleasant conditions for walking.

There are two small ponds just beyond the formal gardens .... water lilies looking good today as the flowers rested on the large green lily pads.

Out for a meal tonight with friends .... time to get myself spruced up a bit but it's oh so hot!
