Bicycles in Courtenay Street, Lambeth

When I saw these two old-fashioned bicycles in Kennington I had to take a photograph - it felt like I had traveled time. All the houses in this street are in a conservation zone. This means all the fronts of houses have to be in-keeping with the original design. The result of this is a street which looks just as it did when it was built in 1912 by the Duchy of Cornwall. Fabulous.
