A Grand View

I want you to know that I had to scramble up steep, stony scree to get this picture for you. It's taken at the site of the former Torvean quarry. After this I got lost in a wood, and came out onto a golf course where wee white projectiles were flying in all directions. In the picture, you can see both the River Ness and the parallel Caledonian Canal. Boy did I need a pint after all that!
