Ladybird Poppy

Papavar Commulatum 'Ladybird ' which I saw in our local  garden nurseries.  I love Poppies but don't think they do terribly well in pots, so I admired them and walked on briskly in search of what I had really come for - a new birdbath - none to be seen so have had to improvise today.

Phew, another extraordinarily hot day, 30 degrees here and I've cleaned, emptied and refilled both bird baths three times and got a lot of washing done and dried. Sorry, I know it's Sunday but I've got a busy week ahead.
