Bring on the Cats!

Far too hot today - impossible to enjoy the outdoors for me, so I've been mostly skulking in cooler parts of the house. I did however spot the return of the squirrel. I'm pretty sure it's the same one from a few days ago, which clearly survived being pounced on by next door's cat. They are rare visitors around us, so we are lucky that they haven't become a pest. I liked the defiant pose.
The moth trap did go out, but there was nothing too spectacular or new in it and it was too hot to be able to photograph them.
