Too Hot to Move

I have stayed indoors nearly all day as I had two lots of "real" work to finish. And just as well because I do not like this weather. Sorry to be a killjoy but it just wipes me out.  So my work was completed with me sitting as close to an electric fan as I could get.

Anyway Jack persuaded me with a drink to sit outside for an hour at about 6.00pm where I took this view across the peaceful countryside beyond our garden.   The delphiniums are doing well but the whole new bed needs sorting now that we know what the various plants are.
