Banana & cinnamon pancakes

I love a leisurely breakfast on saturday mornings - there's nothing quite like it. Today we felt like some pancakes ... I really wanted them to be moist and fluffy, so decided banana pancakes had to be the way to go.

I found a quick recipe and modified it with a bit of cinnamon and almond meal, and voila - these pancakes turned out beautifully. The only thing that could've made them better was blueberries! But we made do with a quick fruit salad on the side, which made for a lovely colorful photograph.
