Lunchtime walk - although it was stretched out to 45 minutes.  The idea was not to break a sweat, but that was a rubbish idea. 

After-nursery allotment.  We had 10 strawberries and three raspberries.  Broad  beans are on the way, though getting viciously attacked by black aphids.  It would need a plague of ladybirds to address it.
