My third shift of new job was again cancelled...Pending the reference they've had 12 weeks to request. So instead I took myself and the dogs to the beach for the day. We are all pooped. And have been joined back at home with Gorgeous who has done a really long day plumbering.

On Saturday my Mum's home bred African Grey parrot flew off through an open window and unfortunately hasn't been seen since - She is devastated. She used to breed them but a few years ago the 5 parrots she kept became too much for her to manage and she agreed to downsize and just keep the one, Pippin. She has some friends helping her to look but as yet, no news.
