Waiting for the late train home

Of our three bike-human pairs, mine was the only one functioning so I cycled to meet our daughter arriving in Bristol station, leaving the two ailing humans to follow by train with one ailing bike. Gratifying, after I took a wrong turn, started heading to Bath and had to do a U-turn, to have a sign flash at me to slow down. That's happened to me before in a car but not on a bike.

We all met up, ate a lazy lunch at the harbourside then enjoyed being laughed at in the Comedy Garden tent by Adam Hills - Aussie comedian mightily amused at melting Poms being revived with water by the organisers.

In the guards van home my bike got damaged so we ended up with no human-bike pairs functioning.
