Traffic cone art

Making my way to the campus bookstore today, I found traffic was being redirected by the University Centre...although there didn't actually appear to be a change in the traffic pattern. But there were a lot of traffic cones. Really. Not even the most skilled roller blader could have woven a slalom through this setup.

The clusters of small, large, upright and tilted cones had an artistic feel. The work of a creative prankster?
