2 goldfinches enjoying the cool water as were many other small birds including blue tits, great tits, long-tailed tits, chaffinches, a nuthatch, a robin and a blackbird.

I set the tripod up properly and hid behind a corner post of the car port to watch the little ones take turns to drink and bathe. Despite my joking that these two were not on speaking terms, in fact there was harmony and sharing of the facilities amongst all. Until the big bully pigeon arrived that is.
