House Plaque or is it a chair (maybe both)

I've got a rotten cold man flu today and so after cutting and strimming my front and back lawns and tidying up the bottom and middle border, hubby took pity on me and we went for a walk up to the moors and finished up in our local for a medicinal glass or two of wine before we came back to a wonderful roast lamb dinner that hubby had cooked.

On the way up to the moors we passed a lovely cottage which has had quite a lot of work done to it, including a new drive and either side of the drive they have put in two wonderful stone chairs/name plaques - very useful as a rest stop when you are on your way up a very steep hill.
