Early Blooms....

It is lovely to see various early flowering camellias. These white ones are growing in my hairdresser's garden. They remind me that we are now past the shortest day and are heading towards spring.
I spent the morning tidying some garden beds and planting polyanthus for some instant colour. Some parts of our garden are remarkably dry to such an extent I turned the irrigation on in these areas. I look forward to the rain predicted for the next two days.
