Day off mid week!

A lovely day off today. Nice to have some me time and not be at work.
I popped off to Shorne Woods in Gravesend for a mid week run with my usual running company. Not the full distance today, it was too hot for me! But 17 miles done and made such a difference to my mood and happiness!

Back to it tomorrow for 1 day before the weekend.
