Elderberries!

Here's the 87 year old smile we cut the hawthorn hedge for!

After an exchange of blows, the hawthorn has been dealt with for this year. Phew! And we've cut down lots of Elder trees which were strangling the hawthorn - and here are the berries!

So tired and scratched and bitten... I think I'll head to bed!
