Washed out

Overnight it rained heavily again. While it provided much needed relief from the heat, it washed out the morning market and earnings of the fruit and vegetable sellers. Only a handful of sellers remained, their carts dished through and their produce was wilting fast. To add insult to injury they were selling at throw away prices.
