Staff Development Day

A day spent with all 90 people from the library, developing ourselves. Better known as playing games! Not strictly true - this one did actually feel useful in parts but it's a lot of effort. Yes, I'm hot tired and grumpy - work is not very satisfying at the moment (management difficulties) so that colours everything. What we really needed today was the senior managers to be put in stocks and we could throw rotten tomatoes at them! Hell, why didn't I come up with that idea earlier!
