Mini sunflower.

This little helianthus brightened a very dull day. A bit battered after the wind and rain.

Went picking blackberries today.
Why are all the best berries just out of reach?
Didn't manage to pick many berries, but got plenty of scratches, and nettle stings!
However did have enough for a blackberry and apple pie.
I need to find a lot more to make some bramble jelly. The ones round here aren't very good this year.

Hope you all had a good weekend. It seems to have flown.
Not sure what we have planned for tomorrow. Back to gardening I think!
