Park Life

I love Edinburgh for its green spaces. Walked into Saughton Park after a heavy training day, as I stepped through the gates the traffic noise suddenly disappeared behind the tall hedges and I was in a quiet oasis. The sun was shining and I wandered round the different bits smelling the flowers and felt instantly relaxed. Thank you Edinburgh!
I've spotted an otter and a kingfisher at the Water of Leith here and stood having a look. Today it was the Heron. He looked like an old gent in a long coat cooling his feet in the water.
