River Walk to Worcester

We decided to follow a map and walk along the canal and then river to Worcester.

What we thought was a river side walk proved to be a trapse through fields that ran parallel with the river through horses and cows. We thought a cake and tea stop would be nice but all hostelries seemed be on the other side with no obvious way to reach them.

In the afternoon we found a woodland walk with a nice cafe so our desire for tea and cake and sandwiches was satisfied.
