An outdoor gallery with a difference. As part of an overall campaign to counteract the visual effect of the safety fences which have occupied the main street of our small town over recent months, the Rangiora Community Board has invited groups and individuals in the area to decorate a variety of silhouette shapes which have now been attached to the fences. This was what was here before.
