Armed Forces Day In Saffron Walden

This morning we went into Haverhill, to the opticians to pick up Mrs GOG’s new spectacles, returning via Saffron Walden in order to pick up our prescription medicines from Boots.  When we got there, much to our surprise we found that there was an Armed Forces Day exhibition on The Common in Saffron Walden.  My first picture here is of one of the helicopters at the exhibition in the process of taking off.  My second picture is of Mrs GOG at the Bomb Disposal Stall, with her camera taking pictures.
