Beneath Biscay

Not Easter Island

A few from amongst scores of these cement breakwater blocks. Left high and dry not far from the harbour wall of the Porto de Morás on the north coast of Galicia. I presume somebody ordered too many blocks. They do make for an unusual landscape though.

The port is fairly out of the way and I was curious to visit as much as anything to see what such a big port was doing here. There wasn't much activity but there is a factory of some kind on one side.
