J’s birthday today. Headed into Brum to have lunch with some of her friends. Good to catch up. Went back to J’s parents. Her mum looked a lot better than I thought after her second lot of Kimo. I went out and managed a 12K run while J spent the afternoon playing with Kilda and her younger niece. Chinese for dinner before having a night in. Kilda enjoyed seeing everyone and was soon back in her favorite leaning place in the garden
