Everlasting Sweet Pea

I went out looking for some beasties this evening but there were none to be found.  This sweet pea comes back reliably every year and always looks nice.  No scent though.

In a couple of months Jane and I are going on the John Gravett photo trip to the USA which involves the solar eclipse on 21st August.   Guess what?  Today I received a Jury Service summons for 21st August.  How unlucky is that?   I have had to apply for deferment and I am sure it will be approved.  However I'm only allowed one deferment in 12 months so that effectively blocks us from booking any other holidays!
