Dog centipede

Up early and over to a coaching session with u9s. I got the u9s to teach their parents what we had worked on over the last couple of months.

Inspiring young ladies they were this morning.

Trip to dump and a dog walk out west which was fun.

Eco aunt and eco gran up for food and chat. My back went pretty sore.
