Milestone

I reached a milestone in my mammoth weight loss journey this evening. Three stone and one pound thus far. I'm very pleased to have focussed and got the job done and it's motivating me to keep going for the next three stone!

Work was fine. Then the Chinney sweeps came and fixed a problem with the plate and flue for my wood burner. I worked out some figures to give to the pension adviser I'm due to see in July while I waited for them to finish.
