Bath weir

Today both Neil and I had annual leave. And both Theo and Henry were out at school and nursery respectively. So with our first day together with no children since before Henry was born (I think) we decided to go to Bath and go on a boat trip. We had intended to hire a little row boat like we used to do "pre-children" but the weather was a bit too wet so we settled on a guided tour instead. We saw plenty of wildlife despite the wet weather including a kingfisher, but unfortunately didn't spot an otter which apparently have a nest along the bank. Lunch out then back home for the school and nursery run, martial arts club, Dinner, bath and bed.
Today's blip is of Bath weir, where the boat trip sets off from, and the extras include Pultney bridge and a soggy scene en route.
