Birthday Balloons

Another rooftop vignette from the 26th floor.  This bunch of birthday balloons is doing its best to brighten up these big pieces of whirling machinery on top of a neighbouring building.  I assume these festive orbs floated here after escaping from a careless hand, and then became entangled in the railings ... but perhaps some kind soul put them here for a maintenance man who might be celebrating a milestone, who knows?

In other news, poor Mabel is feeling poorly today with a messy case of the collywobbles.  We're taking her to the vet later this afternoon to try to get her innards in a happier, calmer state.
