Wellington's hat

This cone would not keep the Duke of Wellington dry in today's very heavy showers outside the Glasgow Gallery of Modern Art. For the last 30 years or so, there has been a traffic cone on top of the Wellington statue and just as soon as it removed by the authorities it is quickly replaced by jokers.
