Benefits

I'm not naturally an early bird but when I do have to get up early make the effort I rarely regret it. This morning there was a layer of mist over the fields and a clear sky with a lovely light enhanced by contrails. There is also very little traffic around so there is a lovely sense of peace and stillness. Not a bad way to start the day.

Monty is gradually getting the hang of early morning walks. Just hope he remembers that my working week ends on a Friday!
